Let the fun begin!

I have been contemplating the world of blogging for several months now. I can't really explain what attracted me to this exciting online world, but I do know that I follow several blogs and thoroughly enjoy reading about others lives.  Today, I took the plunge . . . I am a blogger!  Bloggess?  Bloggee?  Ah hell, I am writing on the internet because I believe my life is interesting, uh, exciting, no, well . . .   Ok, I am just gonna be honest here.  Random stupid shit happens to me on a regular basis.  It is most often random stupid funny shit.  Here is where I will share that randomness.  I hope it brings those who take the time to read it smiles and happiness.  Or at least a perspective that crazy stuff can be entertaining and there is always a moment to laugh each day.
I should also warn you that there is not a filter between my mouth and brain.  Often I will hear myself saying things and as I am saying those things I am thinking what a bad idea it is.  Rational people would stop talking at this point, but I am not one of those types. So, there may be times that someone will read my blog and be offended and then there may be times that they want to address said offense.  Go ahead.  I may or may not respond.  I am not creating this as a debate forum (although debate is something I do enjoy), but rather a place where I can be me and let others laugh at with me! 
I should probably explain the title of my blog: I love pink and sparkles.  It is really that simple.  It has also taken me years to become comfortable with who I am and look at life and say I'm gonna do this because I can!
